Huge Thanks Craig - Endurance Fishing Company Limited

Recently I went to Endurance Fishing to plead my cause for sponsorship for the WPCA.

I greeted Craig Boote, the Director, at the door with a good handshake and eye contact.

I explained what the WPCA is and what I had to do in 2013.  Craig asked me some tricky questions which I think I got right!   He then said yes, Endurance Fishing will sponsor me!  Yay!

Craig said he would for two reasons:

1.   I had a great handshake and eye contact and that I knew my stuff.

2.   I had his favourite number on my shirt... Number 7 the number on his stock car.

I Am In!!!!

Hi everyone and welcome to my journey.  It is a one year journey to... well, the unknown really.  Recently my Dad and I attended an evening at Nelson College where I go to Prep.  It was an information evening about the William Pike Challenge Award aka WPCA.

Today I learnt that my application was accepted.  I was so proud to show my parents the acceptance forms.  Ahead is one year of challenges.  One year where I will be tested and pushed to my limits and possibly beyond.  I expect there to be pain, bumps, and probably grazes too!  But I will be giving this my best shot and along for the journey are 22 of my peers.  Some are close mates, some are just mates, but I will encourage them all to the final post.  I have alot of work to do even before I start and I am inviting you all along with me on my journey.
